This topic covers the process of joining a session by downloading the ISL Light Client for all three major operating systems. Please choose the appropriate one for you:
Windows
Step 1
Click the "Downloads" button in the header of the homepage.
Step 2
Click the "Download ISL Light Client" button to download ISL Light Client application.
Step 3
Click "Open file" link in downloaded section to run ISL Light Client.
Step 4
Enter session code given from your operator. Than click "Join" to join the session.
Note: On Windows you will be prompted with a UAC (User Account Control) notification, please click "Yes" to this so that the Supporter can begin working on your computer.
Step 5
You are now connected with operator.
macOS

Step 1
Click the "Downloads" button in the header of webpage.
Step 2
Click the "Download ISL Light Client" button to download ISL Light Client application.
Step 3
Run the downloaded ISL Light Client.dmg file.
Step 4
Double click the ISL Light Client to launch the program.
Step 5
Click "Open" to proceed. Depending on your security settings this step might be skipped.
Step 6
System will ask to allow ISL Light Client to find devices on the local network by clicking the "Allow" button.
Step 7
System will ask to allow ISL Light Client to bypass the system privacy window picker by clicking the "Allow" button.
Step 8
Enter the session code given from your operator. Than click "Join" to join the session.
Step 7
You are now connected with operator.
Linux
Step 1
Click the "Downloads" button in the header of webpage.
Step 2
Click the "Download ISL Light Client" button to download ISL Light Client application.
Step 3
Open the downloaded .zip file.
Step 4
Select "Extract..." on the .zip file downloaded in previous step.
Step 5
Double click the executable to run ISL Light Client.
Step 6
Enter the session code given from your operator. Than click "Join" to join the session.
Step 7
You are now connected with the operator.
