Description
A new ServiceNow integration has been developed. It enables ServiceNow users to launch ISL Light sessions and invite clients directly from ServiceNow tickets. The integration automatically pulls in ServiceNow data—such as the incident number and client’s email address—into each ISL Light session. When the session ends, a detailed work note (including the chat transcript) is generated and posted back to the corresponding ServiceNow ticket.

Description
The “Support” module has been added to the ISL Online application menu, providing a direct link to the ISL Online “Contact Us” page.

Description
Additionally the “App privacy policy” module was added to the ISL Online application menu, providing a direct access ISL Online's privacy policy.
