Step 1
Operator can initiate a video call, click the green button to "Accept"
Alternatively, you can initiate an Audio/Video call by clicking the camera/phone icon in the application.
Wait for the call to be accepted by the operator.
Step 2
During the call, the main controls on the Talk plugin allow you to:
- Toggle between cameras (if more than one camera is available)
- Open text chat
- Turn the camera on/off
- Turn the microphone on/off
- End the call
