General

The General menu includes the following settings:

• Updates - choose how often the updates will be downloaded (Every day, every week, every month, never check for updates), then you will be notified if you want to install them.
• Language - select the language of ISL Light Client interface, this includes all the buttons, notifications, options, etc.
• Dashboard - select which dashboard should be the default one (last active tab, Sessions, Computers, Meetings).
  • Show sessions invitation window as session is started
  • Show welcome tutorial on startup
  • Close join session window once session is ended
• Session
  • Enable direct connections
  • Share anonymous usage metrics (no personal or identifiable information is collected)
  • Pin toolbar in fullscreen
  • Position of the toolbar while in a session (top, right, left)
  • Inactivity time in minutes before session is ended (0 is unlimited)
  • Duration in seconds of inactivity warning before session is ended (0 will not show the warning)
  • Minimize window on session start (automatically minimizes the window when a session starts. This setting can only be changed via command-line options or customization)
  • Iconize window on session start (this setting is maintained for backward compatibility and behaves the same as "Minimize window on session start" and can only be changed via command-line options or customization)
• System
  • Select render target (automatic, DirectX 11, DirectX 12, DirectX Warp). The change requires program restart.
  • Change remote desktop graphics acceleration (automatic (DirectX), DirectX, Microsoft Windows native). This required restarting the session.
