Audio/Video Call

 

Note: "Audio/Video Call" feature is NOT available when connecting from ISL Light to ISL AlwaysOn (Unattended Access).


Step 1

Click on "Chat" button.


Step 2

Click on "Video call" or "Audio call" icon to initiate the video/audio call. 

Note: The initial audio/video call is initiated by your operator. All subsequent calls can be initiated either by operator or by your client.

  

Step 3

Wait until the client answers the audio/video call.


Step 4

Click "Chat" icon to switch back to chat.


Step 5

Click "Chat" icon to switch back to audio/video call.


Step 6

During the call the main controls on the Talk plugin plugin allow you to: 

  • Turn the camera on/off
  • Turn the microphone on/off
  • End the call
