Revoke Certificate

 

Revoke a certificate to invalidate it and notify certificate authorities and browsers that it should no longer be trusted. Follow these steps to complete the revocation process.

Step 1

Click "Revoke SSL Certificate" on SSL module pages.


Step 2

Select one of these revocation reasons:

  • Superseded — You're replacing this certificate with a new one.
  • keyCompromise — The private key may have been compromised or accessed by an unauthorized person.
  • cessationOfOperation — You no longer own the domain(s) in the certificate or have discontinued the associated website.
  • unspecified — None of the above reasons apply.

Click the "Revoke" button to confirm your decision.

Step 3

You have successfully revoked the SSL certificate.
