Google Sites Integration

 

Since Google Sites does not allow you to use custom javascript, you need to insert our custom ISL Pronto gadget. Please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Google Site.
  2. Navigate to the page on which you would like to display the live chat button.
  3. Click the Edit page button.
  4. Select Insert -> More gadgets.
  5. Select add a gadget by URL.
  6. Paste this URL: http://islpronto.isl.example.com/live/islpronto/public/google_gadget.xml?d=XXXDOMAINXXX&leave_message_link=mailto:support@example.com
    Replace islpronto.isl.example.com with the appropriate server address of your ISL Conference Proxy server, XXXDOMAINXXX with the domain that you will use for your supporters (usually it is default) and support@example.com with the email address at which a client can leave a message if no supporters are available.
  7. If needed, specify additional parameters like the dimensions etc., then click OK.
