All updates have release date set to 2016-05-04. Your ESS will need to be same or higher to be able to update your server. This release is available to all countries except Japan.
ISL Conference Proxy 4.2.7 uses Libs4

DescriptionIn some cases when SSL connection was established with ISL Conference Proxy, the connection was incorrectly handled on ISL Conference Proxy which could cause memory leak or crash ISL Conference Proxy. Handling of SSL connection was redesigned and should no longer cause memory leak or crash of ISL Conference Proxy.
The defect was fixed.
