ISL Pronto 1.0.0 for Windows (2009-03-24)

General Information

On 24th March 2009 we released:

• ISL Pronto 1.0.0 (2009-03-24) for Windows (server module: Windows and Linux)

Upgrading to new version

Hosted Service

Please open http://islpronto.islonline.net/users/islpronto to install ISL Pronto.

Server License

Upgrades are free of charge for ISL Online Server License users with active Extended Support Service. ISL Online Server License users with expired Extended Support Service are welcome to purchase Extended Support Service in order to gain access to the newly released ISL Online Server system. In case you have extended ESS you will need to create new license file and upload it to your ISL Conference Proxy server.

Quick Instructions for users with ISL Conference Proxy 3.1 installed

1. open web administration of ISL Conference Proxy http://localhost:7615/conf
2. login using admin account
3. click Online update link in left navigation
4. click Apply changes if you have automatic install

Important information for users upgrading from any beta version of ISL Pronto server module: ISL Pronto server module does not support changing the chat texts with translation files anymore (trans_LANGCODE.txt). Please use customizations (Customize -> Custom messages [ISL Pronto]). To use a customization, please add a "c=CUSTOMIZATION" parameter to chat.js script link on your website: http://server/live/islpronto/public/chat.js?d=DOMAIN&c=CUSTOMIZATION

Important information for users upgrading from 1.0.0beta25 or 1.0.0beta26: An upgrade message will pop-up on each reconnect. Please click on the pop-up window and run the installer.
There is a known issue which affects some Windows Vista computers - installer might not run. In this case, please run the installer manually from https://www.islonline.net/download/ISLPronto. Automatic update from 1.0.0beta28 and newer has no such issues.
