On 19th of June 2014 the following was released:

- ISL Pronto 2.2.0 for Macintosh (release_date=2014-06-16, Revision=34924, platform=mac, os_version=0x0a0600-0x0affff)
- ISL Pronto 2.2.0 for Linux (release_date=2014-06-16, Revision=34780, platform=linux)
- ISL Pronto 2.2.0 for Linux64 (release_date=2014-06-16, revision=34780, platform=linux64)
All updates have release date set to 2014-06-16. Your ESS will need to be same or higher to be able to update your server. This release is available to all countries except Japan.
23rd of June update: ISL Pronto 2.2.0 for Macintosh (34780) was replaced with ISL Pronto 2.2.0 for Macintosh(34924) due to certificate error.

DescriptionIcons of ISL Pronto were replaced with new ones which are compliant with internal style guide.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - Show many users as a number in tabs [ISLPRONTO-91] More
DescriptionISL Pronto chat tabs were redesigned. In case there are more than 3 users in chat, only the first two users are displayed and the others are accumulated as a number. The first two that are displayed are the first client and the active supporter. Hovering over the tab will display the names of all users in chat.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - Pass external_id to ISL Light session [ISLPRONTO-94] More
DescriptionAdded support for passing external_id to ISL Light session created inside ISL Pronto. In order to pass external id users have to add the following parameter to the live chat link:

ISL Pronto - Desktop - Automatically start chat with web clients [ISLPRONTO-103] More
DescriptionAdded support for automatically starting chat with clients. When a client visits the online chat, supporter will automatically join the waiting chat.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - Setting to limit the max number of chats per supporter [ISLPRONTO-104] More
DescriptionAdded support to limit the maximum number of chats per operator. When the number of chats of an operator is equal to maximum number of chats per operator, the operator status will be switched to busy.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - Option to disable busy status on remote desktop [ISLPRONTO-119] More
DescriptionSupport for "Disable busy status on remote desktop" module setting has been added to ISL Pronto application. If a client has this setting enabled his status will not change to busy after starting ISL Light session from ISL Pronto.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - EOC [ISLPRONTO-121] More
DescriptionAdded support for ending chat. When the chat has ended it also includes the time stamp of that event. Ended chat cannot be joined again. You can end chat by clicking on chat button and then clicking end chat button inside ISL Pronto application.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - Mark chats inactive when a certain timeout expires [ISLPRONTO-122] More
DescriptionAdded support to mark chats inactive after certain timeout. The setting for timeout is located on ISL Conference Proxy. When the time of inactivity reaches the timeout, the chat will be marked as inactive.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - Add crash error reporting [ISLPRONTO-129] More
DescriptionAdded support for reporting ISL Pronto crashes to ISL Conference Proxy.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - Custom fields editing in client [ISLPRONTO-141] More
DescriptionAdded support to selecting custom field values inside ISL Pronto application. When custom fields are enabled and defined, supporters can select values from within the chat.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - Support for default values in UI custom fields [ISLPRONTO-178] More

Defect fixes
ISL Pronto - Desktop - chat contents flash on update [ISLPRONTO-81] More
DescriptionUsers may experience whole chat content flash on update. This happened when client reconnected, ISL Conference Proxy reconnected back to grid or other events. Chat content display functionality was redesigned so instead of deleting whole content and rewriting it again, the chat now only appends or inserts the new chat lines thus eliminating whole chat content flash.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - Missing translation [ISLPRONTO-85] More
DescriptionUsers may have seen untranslated text inside ISL Pronto application. Translations were added, users should no longer see untranslated text.

ISL Pronto - Desktop - default sounds not playing [ISLPRONTO-8] More
DescriptionUsers may have experienced an issue with default sounds not playing when using ISL Pronto on Macintosh computers. The issue was that the program could not find the correct path to the audio files. Functionality for playing default sound was redesigned and the program now uses the correct path to the audio files.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - ISL Light Desk title is corrupted on windows xp when session is initiated from ISL Pronto [ISLPRONTO-93] More
DescriptionWhen ISL Light session is started from ISL Pronto, the program title is set according to the names of users in the chat. When ISL Light was started from ISL Pronto on Windows XP users may have experienced strange characters in the ISL Light title. Functionality for setting the program title name was redesigned, users of ISL Pronto on Windows XP should no longer experience this issue.

ISL Pronto - Desktop Mac - can not input accent characters in spanish [ISLPRONTO-113] More
DescriptionUsers may have experienced inability to enter accent characters correctly. When character with accent was input into chat, 2 letters were written, one with accent and one without accent. Support for character with accent was added to the application.

ISL Pronto - Desktop Mac - pronto application renders ugly on retina displays [ISLPRONTO-114] More
DescriptionUsers may have experienced ISL Pronto GUI being outdated on retina displays. Support for retina displays has been added.

ISL Pronto - Desktop Mac - pronto can not be run by multiple users on one machine [ISLPRONTO-115] More
DescriptionUsers may have experienced inability to run ISL Pronto application when 2 users are logged into Macintosh computer and one user already has ISL Pronto open. Multiuser support has been added to ISL Pronto application, users should no longer have problems running multiple instances of ISL Pronto under different users.

ISL Pronto - Desktop Mac - clicking close on window makes window irretrievable [ISLPRONTO-127] More
DescriptionUsers may have experienced inability to restore ISL Pronto application after closing it. The close window functionality was redesigned, users should no longer have problems restoring the ISL Pronto application.

ISL Pronto - Desktop - High CPU usage of application [ISLPRONTO-135] More
DescriptionUsers may have experienced high CPU usage of ISL Pronto. When ISL Pronto was notified of a change the whole GUI was redrawn and this caused the high CPU usage. This functionality was redesigned, when ISL Pronto is notified of a change, it only changes the needed content instead of redrawing the whole GUI.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - ISL Pronto crashed after mac woke up from sleep/hibernate [ISLPRONTO-175] More
DescriptionUsers may have experienced crash of ISL Pronto application after waking their Macintosh computer from sleep. The issue was that all internal ISL Pronto timers were corrupted after Macintosh woke up from sleep. Waking up from sleep mode is now correctly handled, ISL Pronto should not crash anymore.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - Set limit to reconnect timeout (mac) [ISLPRONTO-213] More
DescriptionUsers may have experienced being unavailable on ISL Pronto for a long time after waking Macintosh computer from sleep. After waking up from sleep mode, the internal timers were corrupted and the reconnect timeout counter was increased to high value thus making the ISL Pronto wait for reconnect for a longer period of time. Reconnect timeout limit is now set to 2 minutes, waking up computer from sleep will not corrupt the timeout.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - ISL Pronto 2.2.0 does not install due to unidentified developer [ISLPRONTO-215] More
DescriptionUsers may have experienced inability to install ISL Pronto 2.2.0 on their Macintosh computers. The issue was with the program certificate. Signing of ISL Pronto 2.2.0 was redesigned, users should be able to install ISL Pronto 2.2.0 without problems.
The defect was fixed.
