ISL AlwaysOn 4.4.1746.27 for Windows and macOS (2018-03-20)

General Information

On 20th of March the following was released:

• ISL AlwaysOn 4.4.1746.27 for Windows (release_date=2018-03-19, build=e9338e8f7b02e259404aa5d258df9ab2da368de9, platform=win32, os_version=0x06010000-0x7fffffff)
• ISL AlwaysOn 4.4.1746.27 for macOS (release_date=2018-03-19, build=e9338e8f7b02e259404aa5d258df9ab2da368de9, platform=mac, os_version=0x0a0800-0x0affff)

All updates have release date set to 2017-12-21. Your ESS will need to be same or higher to be able to update your server. This release is available to all countries except Japan.

Improvements

ISL AlwaysOn - Desktop - Support file:// for custom PAC (FEATURE) [ISLALWAYSON-1315] More

Description

In previous versions ISL AlwaysOn only allowed to specify path to web proxy PAC file via http or https protocol. ISL AlwaysOn now allows users to specify web proxy PAC file via path on local drive (file:// ).

ISL AlwasyOn - Desktop - Check computer password before starting GUI (DEFECT) [ISLALWAYSON-1303] More

Description

If users set that ISL AlwaysOn settings are protected with global password, users were still able to open ISL AlwaysOn settings by opening them twice. The settings window did not however show the correct state of settings. Opening settings while having global protection enabled was redesigned. Users will now be unable to open settings unless the correct password is provided.

The defect was fixed.

ISL AlwaysOn - Desktop - Prevent attaching to RDP session (DEFECT) [ISLALWAYSON-1309] More

Description

If users changed setting on ISL Conference Proxy which prevents attaching to RDP session (Allow connect to existing computer session (reconnect required)), they were still able to attach to RDP session because ISL AlwaysOn did not check the setting. Attaching of sessions functionality was redesigned, ISL AlwaysOn now checks the setting on ISL Conference Proxy and either allows or prevents attaching to existing sessions.

The defect was fixed.

Description

Installation text of ISL AlwaysOn was updated, it no longer includes text that you can view ISL AlwaysOn computers.

ISL AlwaysOn - Desktop - Translate file transfer dialog (DEFECT) [ISLALWAYSON-1316] More

Description

File transfer dialog was not translated to user selected language. Translation for file transfer dialog were added.

The defect was fixed.
