Upgrading to new version

Hosted Service

Open ISL AlwaysOn Computer access configuration on computer and it will automatically offer upgrade to latest version.

New computer installations automatically use latest version.

ISL AlwaysOn Connect upgrades automatically.

Server License

Upgrades are free of charge for ISL Online Server License users with active Extended Support Service. ISL Online Server License users with expired Extended Support Service are welcome to purchase Extended Support Service in order to gain access to the newly released ISL Online Server system. In case you have extended ESS you will need to create new license file and upload it to your ISL Conference Proxy server.

Quick Instructions for users with ISL Conference Proxy 3.1 installed

open web administration of ISL Conference Proxy http://localhost:7615/conf
login using admin account
click Online update link in left navigation
click Apply changes if you have automatic install

Description
After a user is granted access on target machine and the ISL AlwaysOn program is installed for the first time it can happen that granting access does not end successfully. Computer administration dialog will show N/A entry instead of username that was granted access.

Description
Sometimes on a computer with ISL AlwaysOn installed there is CRT message box of ISL AlwaysOn program error shown. Instead of message box ISL AlwaysOn should generate mini dump file.

Description
ISL AlwaysOn should support unattended updates initiated from Conference Proxy. The functionality should be similar to windows automatic updates.

Description
When server changes address (changed license or change from IP to DNS) ISL AlwaysOn program should connect to new address.

Description
User should be able to record all ISL Light session that were started via ISL AlwaysOn.

Description
