ISL Light - Desktop v4 - Add option to select to stream region,application or monitor (FEATURE) [ISLLIGHT-2813] More

Description

Added support for streaming region, application or selected monitor. To enable streaming selection dialog the user who want to stream has to stop current streaming and click on Start button to initialize streaming selection dialog. The streaming dialog has option to click on Show which will start streaming whole desktop ( also multiple monitors ). Clicking on Show Options will expand the dialog and button Choose will appear. Clicking on Choose button gives you the option to either draw a region that you would like to share, click on the application that you would like to share or simply clicking on the top of the desktop to share that monitor.

Added command line argument support also for streaming a specific monitor when starting remote session. In order to select monitor to stream, clients must also include desktop show command line parameter. The bellow example will stream second monitor
--on-connect "desktop?show&monitor=2"
When using monitor parameter clients can select:
monitor=N.
N is the number of the monitor you would like to stream.
