Server License

Upgrades are free of charge for ISL Online Server License users with active Extended Support Service. ISL Online Server License users with expired Extended Support Service are welcome to purchase Extended Support Service in order to gain access to the newly released ISL Online Server system. In case you have extended ESS you will need to create new license file and upload it to your ISL Conference Proxy server.

Quick Instructions for users with ISL Conference Proxy 3.1 installed

  1. open web administration of ISL Conference Proxy http://localhost:7615/conf
  2. login using admin account
  3. click Online update link in left navigation
  4. click Apply changes if you have automatic install

#190268: ISL Light - Video (Windows - All): video plugin causes crash on some Japanese windows [Defect fix] More


When video plugin is started on Japanese windows it causes crash of ISL Light.

Fixed by upgrading FFMpeg library.

The defect was fixed.

#174364: ISL Light - Desktop Sharing (Windows - All): DirectX speedup implemented [New feature] More


Desktop sharing supports also Direct3D hooks.

The hooks are disabled by default.

#186067: ISL Light - Client (Windows - All): rejecting SOD dialog does not terminate ISL Light [Defect fix] More


When you define SOD dialog and reject it at runtime no dialog is shown but the process still remains active. All processes should exit.

The defect was fixed.

#190270: ISL Light - Client (Windows - All): change cache location for all ISL Light products implemented [New feature] More


ISL Light was extracted to Application Data roaming directory. This causes that in domain environments all ISL Online files are copied to domain server and back when a user logs in/out.

ISL Light is now extracted to non-roaming Application Data folder.

Problem when starting application sharing that is pasued - text paused was not shown in content od ISL View window.


- start ISL Light Desk on Windows Vista,

- start ISL Light Client on Windows XP,

- connect,

- open Notepad file and cover it with ISL Light Client,

- request view/control and allow Notepad application.

- on the Desk side white blank ISL View screen is displayed, with "Sharing paused" remark on the bottom of the ISL View but without the info text "Application sharing paused. Streamed application must not be overlapped by other windows".

- if the ISL LIght Client GUI is moved away from the application and then back, the text is properly displayed.

The defect was fixed.

#190267: ISL Light - Client (Windows - All): add customization for text change [New feature] More


ISL Light Client and Desk supports customization of ISL Light string in all translations.

#190269: ISL Light - Client (Windows - All): enable debug by default and improve minidump generation [New feature] More


Debug output is enabled by default. The output file size is limited to 8 MB.

Minidump generation is improved by writing all dumps directly to disk without using disk cache.
