ISL Light Desktop plugin for Windows 1.4.3 (2013-04-23)

General Information

On 23th of April we have released Windows version of :

• ISL Desktop plugin 1.4.3 for Windows (revision=28148, release_date=2013-04-18, platform=win32)

All updates have release date set to 2013-04-18. Your ESS will need to be same or higher to be able to update your server. This release is available to all countries except Japan.

ISL Light - Desktop Windows 8 - use native windows desktop streaming API [ISLLIGHT-409] More

Description

Support for Windows 8 native screen grabbing was added to the ISL Light. This ensures better performance when streaming desktop from Windows 8 machines.

Defect fixes

ISL Light - Desktop Window 8 - user cannnot control high DPI desktop [ISLLIGHT-415] More

Description

Users experienced mouse location offset when controlling remote computer with high DPI settings. External process was added to ISL Light which detects DPI settings on the remote computer.

The defect was fixed.

ISL Light - Desktop Win - desktop plugin crashes on windows 2k [ISLLIGHT-416] More

Description

ISL Light Desktop plugin crashed after connecting to Windows 2000 machine. The issue is in a newer whiteboard API which does not support Windows 2000 machine. Whiteboard tools have been disabled on Windows 2000.

The defect was fixed.
