On 11th of October we have released:

• ISL Light Desk 3.5.4 for Windows (release_date=2013-09-26, revision=30035, platform=win32,os_version=0x5000000-0x7fffffff)
• ISL Light Client 3.5.4 for Windows (release_date=2013-09-26, revision=30035, platform=win32,os_version=0x5000000-0x7fffffff)
• Desktop Control plugin 1.4.6 for Windows (release_date=2013-09-26,Revision=30043,platform=win32)
• File Transfer plugin 1.4.1 for Windows (release_date=2013-09-26,Revision=30043,platform=win32)

All updates have release date set to 2013-09-26. Your ESS will need to be same or higher to be able to update your server. This release is available to all countries except Japan.
