ISL Light Desktop plugin 1.4.10 for Windows (2015-03-03)

On 3rd of March the following was released :

• ISL Light Desktop plugin 1.4.10 for Windows (revision=39122, release_date=2015-02-21, platform=win32)

All updates have release date set to 2015-02-21. Your ESS will need to be same or higher to be able to update your server. This release is available to all countries except Japan.

Description

Added support for enabling black screen mode while connected to Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 machines.

ISL Light - Desktop - Cannot send Win + X to Windows 8 (8.1) machine (DEFECT) [ISLLIGHT-597] More

Description

Users were unable to send Win + X command ( open start menu ) to Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 machines. The shortcut handling was redesigned, users are now able to send Win + X command if administrator mode is enabled while viewing remote desktop.

The defect was fixed.

ISL Light - Desktop v3 - ALT + TAB does not switch windows on Windows 8 (8.1) (DEFECT)  [ISLLIGHT-834] More

Description

Users were unable to send ALT+ TAB command ( switch program) to Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 machines. The shortcut handling was redesigned, users are now able to send ALT + TAB command if administrator mode is enabled while viewing remote desktop.

The defect was fixed.

ISL Light - Desktop v3 - Black screen ignores total control mode (DEFECT) [ISLLIGHT-2182] More

Description

Client were able to cancel black screen even if supporter was connecting to remote machine with black screen and total control enabled in AlwaysOn connect options. Canceling black screen on clients was redesigned, clients will no longer be able to cancel black screen if total control is enabled.

The defect was fixed.

ISL Light - Desktop v3 - Improve keyboard support (DEFECT) [ISLLIGHT-2266] More

Description

Users may have experienced issues with keyboard when typing on remote computer. Whole support for keyboard was redesigned and improved.

The defect was fixed.

ISL Light - Desktop v3 - Remove created ISLSHfiles after ending ISL Light (DEFECT) [ISLLIGHT-2291] More

Description

When users started ISL Light and connected with a client a file was created in the folder from where it was executed ( file was named ISLSHFIleMapping ). The file remained there even after exiting ISL Light program. Created files are now removed after exiting ISL Light program.

The defect was fixed.
