How to Start Remote Support Connection: iOS
To start ISL Mobile using your Server license you need to first create a Domain and User Name. Please read through this guide in order to do this.
To start a connection using ISL Mobile, please follow the instructions below.
On your Mobile device, locate and touch ISL Light icon to start the ISL Light App.
Touch the button at the top left corner of the login screen to load the Main Menu screen.
Touch the option to change the Server Details.
Edit the ISL Server so that it contains the server address you use to run ISL Online products. An example is shown below.
Touch the Button to return to the Main Menu then click .
You will now need to enter your User account details created on the server.
Once you have logged into your account, click on the Remote Support option located at the bottom of the screen.
The session code will be generated automatically.
Once the session code appears on the screen you can invite your client to the session using either the Email Invitation or via other methods you wish to choose.
You can invite your client to the session using either the Email Invitation or via other methods such as asking them to visit the ISL Online home page, and click on Join Session. Alternatively you can direct them to the customer area of your server for example: http://localhost:7615/users/programs.
If you wish to invite your client via Email Invitation, enter the email address into the To box, customize/edit the body of the email to what you like, then hit the button at the top right corner of the screen.
The remote connection will be established and you will see this screen. To start remote desktop, first click on button.
Click on View Remote Desktop in the pop up menu to start viewing the client's desktop.
