To start ISL Mobile using your Server license you need to first create a Domain and User Name. Please read through the following guide in order to do this.
To start a connection using ISL Mobile, please follow the instructions below.
On your Mobile device, locate and touch ISL Light to start ISL Light App. You will have to access general settings trough log in page, so if you are logged in make sure to log out before you proceed.
Touch on the button at the top right corner of the screen to load the sub menu and access Settings.
You can now access server settings for ISL Light mobile.
Touch the ISL Server option to edit the ISL Server. It needs to contain the server address you use to run ISL Online products. You can add the server in the form of www.islonline.net (Default server for ISL products) or as an IP address as in the example bellow:
After entering your server address, click OK and return to Login Screen.
You will have to log in with one of the usernames that were created on your server.
Once you have logged into your account, click on the Remote Support option located at the bottom of the screen.
Note: The session code will be generated automatically.
You can invite your client to the session using either the Email Invitation or via other methods such as asking them to visit the ISL Online home page, and click on Join Session. Alternatively you can direct them to the customer area of your server for example: http://localhost:7615/users/programs.
If you wish to invite your client via Email Invitation, enter the email address into the To box, customize/edit the body of the email to what you like, then hit the button at the top right corner of the screen.
Note: The client will received the email with a link that will start the connection between your two devices.
The remote connection will be established. The client will see a message that they started sharing their desktop on their PC which will automatically start remote desktop. Once they accept this you will have full control of their screen.
