The operator can use the chat feature to communicate with the client during a session.
Step 1
Tap the "Chat" button.
Step 2
The chat should now open. Operator can view client's messages and send them replies.
Step 3
You can return to the Remote Viewer or use the Share My Screen feature by tapping on the menu button in the top right corner.
